The Catholic Foundation of South Louisiana is excited to announce the upcoming St. Joseph’s Dinner, on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
The annual St. Joseph’s Dinner serves as a significant occasion to celebrate the accomplishments and impact of the Catholic Foundation of South Louisiana over the past decade. The foundation has been instrumental in providing vital support to various diocesan initiatives, ensuring the growth and success of parishes, schools, and ministries in the region.
As we gather to celebrate, we also aim to raise funds to support the operational expenses of the Catholic Foundation of South Louisiana. The proceeds generated from the dinner will not only contribute to sustaining our foundation, but each year, we select a grant recipient to award funding to, and this year we have selected to support the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux Office of Catholic Schools—specifically, the Elizabeth Ann Seton Cohort for Aspiring Leaders and ongoing support for ARK testing.
In addition, the Catholic Foundation of South Louisiana’s Board of Directors and Bishop Simon Peter Engurait are proud to announce their selection of Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Ginger St. Martin as our 2025’s Good Shepherd Award Recipients. They will be publicly awarded the evening of the event.
We invite you to mark your calendars and make plans to join us for this incredible evening of food, fellowship, and fun. It promises to be a memorable event filled with joy and celebration.
We look forward to welcoming you to the St. Joseph’s Dinner as we continue to support our community together.

Our Houma-Thibodaux Diocesan Catholic schools cultivate both faith and intellect, forming young disciples who will lead with virtue and purpose. Through a tradition of academic excellence and spiritual formation, these schools nurture the hearts and minds of our next generation of Catholic leaders.
The Impact Table invites you to prayerfully discern and select one or more Catholic schools within our Diocese whose missions or projects most resonate with your heart. Through your support, you help strengthen the Church’s mission of forming young disciples, nurturing faith, and advancing Catholic education for generations to come.
