A Message from our CEO, Amy Ponson

Dear friends in Christ,

At the Catholic Foundation of South Louisiana, everything we do begins with faith, gratitude, and trust.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to help families, parishes, and ministries build a legacy of faith and generosity that will endure for generations. We believe that the resources entrusted to us are more than gifts — they are the fruit of prayer, sacrifice, and love for the Church and her mission.

We understand that when you give, you give not only from your means, but from your heart. That’s why we walk alongside families to ensure their giving reflects what they cherish most — their faith, their parish, their schools, their ministries, their community. We want to help you create a legacy you are proud of, one that continues to bear fruit long after today.

Your trust is a sacred responsibility. Every gift, every intention, every legacy is carefully stewarded to ensure your generosity is long-lasting and life-changing. Because of you, our priests are supported, our seminarians are formed, our Catholic schools remain strong, and families across our Diocese encounter Christ in new ways.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for believing in this mission, for entrusting us with your generosity, and for ensuring that the Catholic faith remains a source of hope, strength, and love in South Louisiana — not only today, but for generations to come.

With gratitude in Christ and your partner in mission and impact,

Amy Ponson
