Socially Responsible Investing
The Catholic Foundation of South Louisiana complies with the principals of Catholic Social Teaching following all United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Socially Responsible Investment Guidelines. We ensure that our Catholic faith is rooted in our policies providing the highest level of stewardship. The Catholic Foundation makes grant distributions only to organizations in conformity with Catholic teaching.
When one is thinking of leaving a legacy — a gift in perpetuity — be assured that the Catholic Foundation will handle it in a manner consistent with your values and wishes. The Finance Committee is made up of experienced and knowledgeable business community leaders that volunteer their time and expertise to grow the Foundations assets for the benefit of the Catholic Foundation and the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux.
